A She wolf's First Heat

Jocelyn's POV

I opened my eyes and the first thing I saw was Xander and his beautiful hazel eye. He had a look of concern on his face as he kept running his fingers through my hair. I had never felt so calm and safe before, it was an unknown feeling to me. One that I could easily get used to. I closed my eyes once again and leaned my cheek into Xander's hand as I felt his fingers brush along my cheek and follow my jawline. Snapping my eyes open everything came back to me. I asked what happened and tried to sit up but Xander put a hand on my chest and pushed me back down telling me to take my time. He must have realized that I wasn't going to settle on that he offered to pay for our breakfast and take me back home so we could talk.

I had so many things going through my mind and I got up off the floor with the help of Xander's hand and walked to the door. I was leaning against the side of his truck when he came out. He looked nervous on the ride back to my cabin. He kept glancing in my direction and tapping his fingers on the steering wheel but didn't say a word to me. I wasn't sure what would happen when we reached my house but I knew he owed me a bunch of answers and I was going to get them no matter what. When I saw my cabin in the distance I let out a breath I didn't realize I had been holding. AS soon as Xaner put the truck in park I was off and running up the steps of my porch asking over my shoulder if Xander wanted a drink because I was definintely going to need one with the conversation we were going to be having.

"No thanks but I'll take a glass of water if you wouldn't mind?" HE asked in a cautious voice.

"No problem but I'm going to need something much stronger in order to make it through this conversation and keep my sanity" I mumbled to myself as I continued on through to the kitchen.

" Come on in and make yourself comfortable" I said in passing as I grabbed a water bottle out of the refrigerator and tossed it at him.

I grabbed a glass down from the cabinet and put some ice in it then poured myself a healthy helping of whiskey, one of my guilty pleasures that not many people knew about. grabbing my glass I took a sip and closed my eyes as I let the burn flow down my throat. After a moment I turned and walked into the living room where I found Xander sitting patiently on the couch waiting for me. I sat in the love seat across from him and brought my drink to my lips again and noticed Xander watching me and saw him as he took a sniff of the air and c****d his head at me like a puppy.

"Whisky?" He asked, shock showing on his face.

" Yeah its one of my weaknesses and I have a feeling I'm going to be needing some liquid courage for this."I replied and tried not to show any embarrassment at being caught with my drink of choice. Taking one more sip, I set my glass on the table in front of my and leaned back in my chair with a deep breath. Letting it out slowly I looked at Xander and said

"Lets get this over with, I want to know what Zane meant about me being both your mates and what exactly that means." I'm a pretty open minded and understanding person but even I was having a hard time knowing where this was going to be taking me.

As we sat there and talked, Xander explained to me the best he could what a mate was and what I would be expected to do. To say I was shocked would have been an understatement.He told me I was their fated mate, that I was meant for them from the day we were all born and that there would be no one else that came close to being as perfect as we were for each other. Once I had finished the mating with them I would then be their Luna, the female Alpha that would help lead the pack. Once the mating was done there would be no undoing it until death came for one of us.

" What exactly is involved in the mating?" I asked my curiosity peaked.

" I don't think that's something you need to worry about right now, we still have time to go over all of that if the time comes." He answered while looking away from me. I instantly knew he was keeping something from me and if he was expecting things to move forward between all of us secrets weren't going to be allowed.

"If you want me to give this a real chance I expect you to be honest with me and not have secrets between us" I stated as I stood up and walked towards the door. I opened it and turned back towards Xander ready to tell him until he decided to be honest with me he could leave. He was looking down at his feet when I heard him mutter quietly that I would have to mate with both of them, or have s*x with them in human terms, then they would both have to mark me using the mating bite on my shoulder. I stood there motionless, not sure if I had heard them correctly.

"I've never been intimate with anyone before let alone a date, today was my first date if you recall. That being said your telling me you expect me to sleep with two people that I don't know and then let them bite me?!" I could tell I was starting to panic, my voice was going up in pitch and my palms were starting to sweat again. As I stood there in my own mind Xander got up and started walking towards me with his hands reached out towards me in an attempt to sooth me. AS he came closer I noticed the cramps were back and with a vengeance, I gasped and bent over grabbing my belly. I didn't know what was happening to me. I had never felt this way before not even during my monthly. Xander grabbed my arms and brought me closer to him, as my body came into contact with his I felt a warmth flow through my body and couldn't help but let out a quiet moan. Xander had leaned closer to me face

"Jocelyn whats wrong? Talk to me. Tell me whats happening?" He asked me in a panicked voice, I looked up and watched in amazment as his nostrils flared as he took a deep breath and let out a growl as he looked back in my eyes.

" You smell of a werewolf going through heat. what is happening? you smelled of human this morning" Xander said in a gruff voice as he leaned closer and sniffed my neck. Another cramp took over, making me holler in pain and my legs to give out. My body began to shake and sweat broke out all over my body.

" I'm not sure what is happening but I'm calling Zane to come over and to bring the elder pack doctor. He might know the answer." Xander said as I watched his eyes glaze over,I wasn't sure what was happening with him. All I knew was that the pain was increasing and I was starting to feel a tingle in my core and an increased dampness between my legs. Xander carried me to the couch and set me down giving me the rest of his water.

"Your arousal is increasing,this shouldn't be happening to a human, I don't understand but I'll stay by your side until Zane and the doctor get here with answers." Xander sat on the floor next to me brushing my hair out of my face. I noticed that his touch helped ease some of the pain.

About 20 minutes later my front door slammed open and in came Zane with an older man with short white hair and kind blue eyes behind wire rimmed glasses. Once he took my vitals and gave me a full look over he turned to the guys and took them off to the side still within hearing distance for me.

" I don't know how it was done but she is an omega wolf going through her first heat. Her wolf must have been masked all this time until she met her mates which brought her wolf forward." He told them in a quiet voice. " You will need to start and finish the mating with her otherwise her heat will only get worse and bring with it excruciating pain. This is why only mated she wolves go into heat so that they have their mates to sooth the pain. IF you decide not to finish the mating the pain will only get worse and death for her will be a consequence you might end up suffering." He stated bluntly. The boys thanked him and walked him out the door.

When the boys came back to the living room I was a moaning sobbing mess and was looking at them, begging them to do something, to find a way to end my suffering. We all just stared at each other, everyone too scared to make a move.
