It's my first day at school today after a whole year and I have left no stone unturned to make myself look gorgeous . A little cherry red lip loss paired with a big smile is all I require to make boys go to their feet .

I remember the days back in school where everybody would make fun of me . Back then I was a little fat with puffy cheeks , curly hairs and brown eyes . Some even bullied me , all I would do was ignore them or I tried to but deep down I got hurt by their constant bullying . They didn't make my life easier . It was hard for me to come to school daily only to get insulted by them . In those hard times too there were some people who had my back . My best friend . Tracy . She was one hell of a girl . She was not an open book to read rather a closed one . Hope I get to meet her this time too . And then there were my teachers who complimented me for my good grades . I think they could have done more to support me . To make me stay sane .

Oh I forgot to tell y'all how I changed from a fat chubby girl to a slim and trim one . You know puberty hits hard. But it was not puberty that changed me into the girl I am now. It was a car that hit me . A car accident . Another thing that changed my life but for good . Then I had to undergo plastic surgery and all but that is a long story . Will tell you some other day .

I prepare myself a nice refreshing cup of coffee . This will provide me with the energy I need to face my enemies .

" You seem cheerful today . Where are you off too? "

Not her again .

" To school . I thought you might be a detective but the way you weren't able to figure out where I was going with a uniform on , makes me think you are dumb "

" Well , I don't agree with you "

" So I thought "

" Btw I have good news , we are schoolmates "

" What ? Why? "

" We have same uniforms that's how I figured out . Isn't it cool . We belong to the same school " .

She is a fool.

Oh , dear lord . Save me from her . I can't tolerate her all day long . Please .

" Let me change then we can head off to school together "

" No chance . I am already late ".

Before she can get any words out I get myself out of the apartment . My parents have hired a driver to drop and pick me up from school . They always are too worried about me . I miss them already .

" Mam , we have arrived "

I come out of my daze after the hearing the driver's words . My eyes take in the surroundings after opening the door.

It looks the same . Only the external walls have been painted white . Other than that there is no change . It seems yesterday as if I had never left .

I walk further reminiscing the events that took place here . My eyes automatically take in the scene of the small park , many memories are linked to this one . My first kiss . The emotions take a hold of me and I stop for a second to gather myself . No , those were the worst days of my life .

I enter the school building , its a huge one. Yeah , I was rich .The corridors are filled with children walking around , some chattering and some busy texting with their mobile phones . Typical Teenagers .

" Hey , beautiful " .

See , I told you .

I give him a bored look .

" You look new here . "

How does he know that ?

" I know because no one in the entire school gives me that kind of look . "

He isn't someone I want to waste my time on . So I keep walking . I have important people to meet .

But looks like he doesn't agree with me . He is blocking my way .

" I am the president of the student council . It's better to be on good terms with me "

" Actually I don't belong to the family of ass -kissers . See you later Mr President "

Wow . I don't believe I actually did that . Now I am much more confident about facing those people who made my life a living hell . It's time I make their life hell .

Finding the right class is difficult when you have a huge school. After almost 5 mins I find the right one .

Taking a seat on the first bench I glance around . The class is yet not filled . I guess I am too early .

My no 3 enemy has arrived . Sofia . What a sweet name , right . Her personality and name do not go hand in hand .

Suprisingly , she takes a seat beside me .

" Hey , I am Sofia " .

" Mia . I am new here "

I give her my fake name . The same that I have given Cassie . Only my parents use my real one.

" Oh then I will show your around . Think of me as a new friend " .

Why is she behaving so sweetly with me . Back then she was the rudest person I had known .

" Yeah "

Not at all .

Our short conversation is interrupted by a guy . Actually someone I know .

" Hi Sofia , who's your new friend " . The guy eyes me up and down . Enemy no 2 , Tanner Smith .

" She is Mia " and then she introduces us formally like the sweet girl she isn't .

" You are beautiful , Mia " .

I am not going to fall in your traps Tanner . Not this time . He is a devil disguised as an angel .

" Thanks , Tanner "

The teacher arrives in time and saves me from any further conversation with Tanner . All the memories had come rushing back with him near me . One minute more and I would have been crawling in fear . I will require time to get used to him being around.

The teacher greets us and starts the lecture . My mind is wandering elsewhere . Isn't he in this class . I am so eager to see him , my enemy no 1 .

After one hour the lecture ends . It's when I get up from my seat that my eyes spot him . Max Ryder .
