"Damned girl, do you still dare to escape?" The man's voice echoed in her mind like a curse from hell.
Everything before her was dark. She couldn't see the man's face, only his silver mask. It was cold and full of terror.
"Let me go! Otherwise, I'll kill you!" She pressed the knife against the man's throat.
"You will pay the price for stealing my pride." We're going to hell together!" The man wearing the silver mask suddenly hugged her and fell into the bottomless abyss with her.
"Ahhh!" She doesn't want to die yet!
"Xi Xi, are you awake? Does your head hurt? I'll give you some water to drink." Ye Dechuan said.
Her mind was a mess. When did she kill anyone? Why did she see the man with the silver mask again?
She was in a daze as she stared at the unfamiliar room, her father, her mother, and the wedding dress she was wearing!
Her mother had given her medicine and made her sleep until the next day.
Her arms were tied to a chair, and her whole body was shivering. In order to make her marry Boss Sun, her parents had thought of all sorts of despicable methods.
"Even if I die, I won't marry Boss Sun!" she said fiercely.
"I know you hate Dad, and Dad can't help it. Boss Sun assured me that he will treat you well. You don't need to work, you just need to eat and live comfortably at home." Ye Dechuan said.
"Haha, Do I have to thank him?" There was a sweet taste in her throat.
"Father-in-law, it’s time for the wedding. I will take Xi Xi out for the ceremony." Boss Sun walked into the room.
"Wait a minute." He Hui took out a roll of tape and forced a piece of tape to cover Ye Qiaoxi’s mouth. "I'm afraid she'll go out and scream. It's safer this way."
She struggled not to be taped, but her hands were tied and she could not resist.
"How weird is this tape?" Boss Sun said.

Boss Sun walked out of the room, holding Ye Qiaoxi in one hand.
Outside the room was the main hall of a villa, it was filled with guests. In order to save money, Boss Sun chose to set up a feast at his own house.
His son came up a few steps and looked at Ye Qiaoxi. "Dad, we agreed that the woman you married has to serve us first, or I wouldn't admit she was my stepmother."
"Stinky brat, don't worry! Your father is so old; can I still have her every day? When you are free, I will give her to you!" Boss Sun said it in a hushed tone.
"Haha, good, I'll teach you to have a threesome later. That’s absolutely exciting!" Boss Sun's son, Sun Cheng said.
Ye Qiaoxi felt lousy when she heard that. This father and son were too despicable. Even if she has to die, she wouldn't marry such a person!
She pulled back her arm violently, trying to crash into the wall to kill herself. However, Boss Sun was aware of her intention and held onto her arm tightly, preventing her from running away.
Boss Sun dragged Ye Qiaoxi to the podium in the middle of the hall. Sun Cheng announced the commencement of the wedding.
"First bow to Heaven and Earth!" Sun Cheng shouted.
Ye Qiaoxi's back was very straight. She whimpered and wanted to shout, wanting someone to save her. However, the audience was in chaos and no one could hear her voice.
Despair engulfed her; she bit down on her tongue and forcefully bit.
Suddenly, a team of bodyguards in black suits and sunglasses rushed into the lobby of the villa and surrounded it.
The man walked into the hall step by step. The air around him was cold and dark, which seemed to freeze the whole room.
The Sun family's father and son were dumbfounded. They had never seen such an array before.
"Who are you?" Boss Sun's voice was trembling with fear.
He Hui looked at Mu Cangchen in astonishment. She could feel her brain going numb. Why would Mu Cangchen come here?
Mu Cangchen walked in front of Ye Qiaoxi and extended his hand towards her. "I only gave you one day off" The word escaped from the corner of his mouth. "You've got guts."
Ye Qiaoxi forcefully broke free of Boss Sun's control and rushed towards Mu Cangchen. "Hurry up and take me back to work! Please! She sobbed so hard but she couldn't speak properly!
Mu Cangchen reached out to take off Ye Qiaoxi's veil and saw the tape on her mouth.
He yanked the tape off. "What do you want to say?"
"I'll go to work and be your assistant for the rest of my life. As long as I get free food and accommodation, that's fine! Take me away! Right now, even if Mu Cangchen wanted her to sign a contract to be his assistant for the rest of her life, she was still willing to agree.
"Accommodation is free." He untied the rope around her wrist and led her home like a lost lamb.
"Wait a minute! Ye Qiaoxi is a woman I bought. You can't take her away!" Boss Sun finally reacted. He ran over and blocked Mu Cangchen's path.
Mu Cangchen glanced at his bodyguard and they immediately came over to beat Boss Sun up.
Boss Sun was beaten to the point that he was crying on the ground with blood all over his face. The air was filled with the sound of broken bones.
"It's illegal to buy and sell people. When you've beaten him enough, take him to the police and tell them that Boss Sun won't be out of jail for the rest of his life." Mu Cangchen said softly and took Ye Qiaoxi out of the house to the car.
Everyone was shocked on the spot. A single sentence from this man dominated a person's life. They were so scared that they retreated, wishing they could disappear in this space and time. No one dared to say a single word.
What was going on? He Hui was shocked and quickly called Ye Yudong.
Ye Qiaoxi watched the car move away from the street until the Sun family's villa was disappearing. Then she felt alive.
"Why did you save me?" She had never thought that this man whom she loathed would actually become her lifesaver several times over.
"Because we have a contract, you can't have s*x with any man, including marriage." Mu Cangchen spoke indifferently, as if he was talking about a very ordinary matter.
"No matter what, thank you for saving me." Ye Qiaoxi’s heart was hurt; he saved my life just because we have a contract.
Her heart was pounding against her ribs. No one knew that if Mu Cangchen had gotten there than ten seconds later, she would have bitten off her tongue and committed suicide.
"If you want to cry, you can do it." I’ll just take it as I’m seeing you." Mu Cangchen.
"I don't want to cry." Ye Qiaoxi’s heart was so bitter.
"Why? Isn't it cruel enough?" Mu Cangchen asked.
"If you cry, no one will feel sorry for you. It will make you look worse."
She was not allowed to cry, not allowed to shed tears. Even if everyone wanted her to die, she had to straighten her back and survive!
Mu Cangchen's stared her; the girl's small face was filled with grievance and stubbornness.
