When I saw Matt walk away, all I wanted to do was wrap my arms around Gio and hug him. He was cracking and letting all the years of frustration Sasha caused change who he was. I had to take some of the blame though, I could have talked him out of the peanuts altogether, but I did want to see the woman suffer a bit. And now Gio’s job was on the line because of it. He must have felt me standing there because he turned to face me, but when he smiled, it didn’t reach his eyes like it usually did.
