Board Meeting II
“President, the directors and department heads are already inside the meeting room.”
Rio knocked on the door of the office before mentioning that Kallum is the only one that the meeting is waiting for, so that it could start. He did not add how sarcastic the words of Kallum’s relatives that are both holding the position of directors.
Kallum looked up from his quantum chip listing every contract that his company is working on since the start of the year. He nodded at Rio before moving to go out of the office.
Syr looked thoughtful as she stood up suddenly from her seat.
“Can I also go?”
Kallum paused for a second, his thoughts unknown before giving a nod to Syr’s request. It isn’t too much to let her be in the meeting room, and she is his wife in name after all.
