Explosion II
Kallum lifted his right hand unconsciously, and he only came back to his senses after feeling the soft skin underneath his palm.
Syr blanked out like a malfunctioning machine as she felt the warm palm covering her wrist softly. She instantly turned her gaze to Kallum who paused for a second due to his own unexpected move. But he did not avert his eyes as he met those golden pupils that are now brimming with light while only having him in their depths, not the lost darkness that it was in a moment ago.
“H-Husband…do you need something or are you hurt somewhere?” Syr slightly panicked while being watched by Kallum’s eyes. She mumbled a bit before asking a few audible questions.
