Booting me out of the game for ten minutes somehow gave me time to sober up. So soon as I left the room, I headed towards Mia’s room to take a rest. I took the large bottle of water resting on the table and chugged it in one go.
I knew I was already drunk, but just enough. I wouldn’t blackout that much, not unless I had so much whiskey and beer. My mind and thoughts were still clear, and I knew what I was doing. For a while, I sat on the couch and rested my tired body.
The day went by quickly and splendidly.
Mia truly enjoyed the food that I made for her. Since I was too amazed at Jamie’s kitchen skills, I decided to use my spare time learning how to make dishes for my family and especially for Mia. Sheena indeed helped me how to cook and prepare special meals and whatnot.
