Like our plan, yesterday, Theon and I joined the flight with Thea and her friends and Ted together with his family. Alfred and Maricar were already in their farmhouse since Friday night.
Soon as I stepped inside their private plane, I felt like a celebrity once more. They all greeted and congratulated me on my performance on the television. Thea’s friends, Nikki and Jaya, were so happy to meet me that they even asked for selfie photos and autographs.
I didn’t really feel big or star at all and honestly still feel uncomfortable. And as much as I wanted, whenever I was with people that I knew or close to my heart, I desired to remain the simple Mia they used to know.
Although I was relishing the fame that had been given to me, keeping my feet on the ground would always be my guide
