Chapter 13

Surrounding the house for at least 300 feet around was a well-trimmed lawn. The property was fenced with tall and dense trees that gave the house a serene quality as if it was within a clearing of a remote forest. It was about 11:30 in the morning when they left the front gates. "How has Grandma been? Any improvement?" Autumn asked. "About the same," Cara replied. "She's almost 90 now," Cara said. "It seems like just yesterday when she was taking us to Disneyland with Grandpa, I can't believe she's so old now.” "What did you want to do for lunch, were we going out with Grandma?" "I was thinking we could pick up something from the sandwich shop on the next right ahead." "Ok." They stopped by The Witty Wheat to pick up a few sandwiches, even one for Merlin. After their first stop, it wasn't long until they were at her mother's home off of Olive Village Road on the opposite side of the 101 freeway from the beach. They parked in the long driveway next to a large single story home. Cara had been talking to her mother about selling the home for the past year. It was too large for her to maintain by herself, but Addy had trouble letting go. They left the car and went to the front door. After pressing the doorbell, they both smiled, even before the door opened. "Hello Autumn! So glad you came. It's been so long," said the elderly woman when she opened the door, as she gave her granddaughter a hug. "I've missed you," Autumn replied. "I'm sorry I haven't visited. I've been very busy on the soap opera." "Oh my darling, don't worry about it." "Good to see you Mom," Cara said, giving her mother a hug. "Please come in, come in." "We brought some sandwiches for lunch," Autumn said, holding up the bag as they entered. "I have your favorite, tuna on rye." "With sprouts?" "Of course," she replied. "Thank you so much. I'll get the plates." "Let me help you mother," Cara said. "Thank you darling." "Where did you want to eat Grandma?" "At the kitchen table is fine dear." Autumn went to the small table at one end of the large kitchen and placed each sandwich on the clean plates that her mother brought from the cupboard. "What would you like to drink? Tea, water, wine?" Cara's mother asked. "I'll have tea," said Cara. "Me as well," said Autumn. "I made some sun tea a few days ago, it's in the refrigerator dear." Cara opened the refrigerator and saw a pitcher of yellowish liquid with three tea bags (string and tag still attached) and an entire uncut lemon inside. Her mother had become a bit absent minded recently. "It's almost noon, how about wine instead," Cara said. Autumn gave her mother a dubious look. Cara shook her head in response. "I'll just have water," Autumn said. They sat down, Cara poured a glass of white wine for herself, water for the other two, and they began to eat. "So darling how are you doing?" Addy asked of her granddaughter. "I'm good Grandma. How have you been?" Autumn replied. She took a bite of her turkey sandwich. "I'm okay. I don't have much energy nowadays, but my helper comes over a couple times a week and your mom visits me to help out." "That's good," Autumn replied. "You know I always watch your show on television. You're such a great actress darling." "Thank you Grandma." "How has your blood pressure been mom?" Cara said. She was chewing on her club sandwich and sipping on white wine. "You know I don't remember that dear. My helper keeps a sheet on the refrigerator." "I'll take a look later." They had just finished their lunch and Cara took her phone out to check the time. Her eyes went a little wide, then she sent a text. "Honey?" "What happened?" Autumn asked. "Jocelyn's coming home early. She texted me about an hour ago but I must have missed it." "When is she coming?" "Today." "Oh, um do we need to pick her up?" "No, one of the mother's from her cheer squad is dropping her off, so she might see... her brother," Cara said softly "Right, we should go back and-" "Let me give her a call," she said. She held the phone up to her ear after starting the call. "Is everything ok darling?" "Yeah it's fine Grandma," Autumn replied. The phone rang but Jocelyn didn't pick up the phone. "Hello Honey I was just calling to... to see when you're coming home. Call me before you go inside the house, ok?" Cara hung up. "We should go back home before Jocelyn gets there." "You just got here darling please don't go," said Addy, clinging to Autumn's arm. "It's ok Mom, why don't you just go? I'll spend some more time with Grandma. It's been a long time since I've seen her." "It's not really fair that I get to see you all the time, but you don't see me," she said with a strange smile. "What do you mean?" "On the television," Addy explained. "Oh right," Autumn laughed. "Ok, I'll take the car back to the house," Cara said, "And come pick you up later?" "That's fine," Autumn said. "But didn't you just drink some wine?" "It was only half a glass and the house is a few minutes away, I'll be fine," she said, with a wave of her hand as she stood up. "I almost forgot, where is the key for the cuffs?" she whispered. "Oh right," Autumn said. She grabbed her purse, pulled out the keys and gave them to her mother. "Thanks," Cara said placing them into her own purse. "Goodbye Mom," Cara said to Addy. "I have an errand to run, but I'll be right back, ok." The two embraced briefly and then Cara left with her purse and the extra sandwich for Merlin. She drove quickly to her house, along the few side streets, to the front gate. She pressed a button in the roof of her car and the gate opened up. Then she drove into the garage, parking next Merlin's car. After grabbing her purse and the sandwich bag she left the car and started walking quickly to the garage door to the house. She took out her key and unlocked the door with a click and entered a dark mudroom at the foot of the stairs. "Hello?" She called out. There was no response, as she placed the house key back into her purse. She was praying that Jocelyn hadn't arrived home yet. She began ascending the stairs. At the top of the stairs there was a quick left turn where she started walking down the hall. "Hello?" She called again. There was no answer. She looked at her phone, checking if Jocelyn had sent her something she had missed. Nope, nothing. She went to Jocelyn's room and opened it. Merlin was still there, handcuffed to the bed. His c**k was still making a tent in the blanket. Had he been hard this whole time? "You gonna get me out of these things?" He asked with annoyance. "I've never had blue balls this bad." "I'm sorry," she said, grabbing the keys from her purse and unlocking each side. The skin around his wrists looked as if he had been trying to get out. "My arms are all tingly from being up like that. I gotta get some water, I'm f*****g thirsty." "I'm sorry, I'll get you some water. I brought you a sandwich too, just wait here." Cara went to the kitchen, set down the sandwich bag and got a glass of water from the refrigerator. When she turned, Merlin was approaching, still naked, with his clothes and shoes in one hand. His c**k was firmly sticking up and curving towards his abs. Cara handed the water to him and couldn't help but stare as he drank it all down, with the last bit running along his chin and over his muscular body. "Cara you gotta help me out, my balls f*****g hurt," he said, putting the glass on the kitchen counter near her. He was standing so close that his d**k was pressing against her, right below her chest. "Marley, I can't, I- I promised not to. And Jocelyn could be here anytime. She texted that she's coming home early." "The pain in my balls is torture. Do I really deserve that?" he asked. She looked up at his handsome face while his muscular body was pressed against her. Her p***y was beginning to tingle and get warm again. It's true they were pretty cruel to him, but she could get caught by her daughter. She edged away from him along the kitchen counter, towards the living room. "I'm sorry Merlin, you should get your clothes on." Cara grabbed her phone from her purse when she heard a notification. She felt Merlin hike up her dress and lift her up. He shoved his c**k between her legs and up against her snatch so the length of his rock hard meat was pressing firmly against her panties. It almost felt like his d**k was holding her up. "Marley..," she protested. "Set me down." The size and heat of his d**k against her inner thigh stirred her desire for him as she read the text. "She'll be here in 5 minutes," Cara said. "We-" "No time to waste," Merlin said, picking her up over his shoulder in a fireman style carry. She laughed a little, still holding her phone, as he took her to the master bedroom. "Set me down." The room was very big, about thirty by twenty feet, enough for the California King bed near the entrance to the room and a couple couches on the other side to the entrance with open spaces around each that made the room very spacious. One wall in the bedroom, the outside wall that wrapped around the entire house, was made completely of glass, looking out towards the peaceful landscaping of grass and trees. On the right side of the view was  they walkway and stairs that led up to the front door. The paved driveway could also be seen, connected by the long walkway. The view was amazing and peaceful. Merlin set her feet down on the floor at the side of the bed and he took her phone and tossed it behind her onto the white duvet cover. She held her hands up, pushing him away. "Come on, Cara, you're the reason I have this problem." "I'm sorry for what we did," she said, crawling on top of the bed, further away. "But remember you-," she felt his hands on her hips as he hiked up her dress above her hips and pulled the crotch of her panties to one side, exposing her moist p***y. "No, Jocelyn could-," she said, looking back towards him. But, before she could complete her sentence- "Hello Mom?" someone said outside the room. Merlin froze. Cara flipped onto her back and sat up, looking over Merlin's shoulder through the bedroom door. No one was there. She shoved Merlin to the side with a grunt and approached the opening to the bedroom which led to the entryway and living area. "Jocelyn is that you?" She asked while holding the door only partly open. There was a young woman wearing a high school cheerleader outfit just inside the front door. The letters MHS were outlined in white on the sleeveless and tight blue shirt. She wore a white pleated skirt that ended several inches above her knees with two blue lines along the hem. She had thin figure and a pretty face with a button nose that had a piercing in the left nostril. Her platinum blonde hair was pulled back in a ponytail with a blue bow. "Hi Mom, Sophia's Mother just dropped me off." "How was it?" she replied, feeling flush and straightening her hair. Had Jocelyn seen her with Merlin through the glass? Cara hadn't heard anyone drive up. "Kinda boring." "Did you eat lunch yet?" "Yeah we had Fillet-o-Fowl on the way here."
