They had seen worse in the past. Hell, they had all experienced many terrible situations with the recent one about a year ago. But seeing the state Edward’s house was in when they arrived, had all three men speechless. The police had already left the scene, only leaving behind their yellow tapes to warn people off the property, as it remained an open case for investigation.  It was going to be a pain to pull their names away from the police's eye of interest, but that was a problem they would deal with later.
