Justice watched as Destrain left the room and quickly stood, helping Avery to his feet. "We need to get dressed. Illan, do you think Twix might have something Avery can wear?"
Illan grabbed his shirt and walked to Justice and Avery. Leaning over he kissed Justice and then Avery, whispering, "It's going to be okay, lover. Don't worry, whatever Destrain has to say, we will face it together."
Avery shook his head as tears started falling. "I can't take any more, Illan. I don't want to hear what he has to say. I know that sounds bad and all, but I don't know how many more surprises I can handle."
