I took off down the sidewalk, heading toward town. The only people that I encountered were kids, who all stared at me with wide eyes and open mouths. A few of them called out to me, asking what had happened, and telling me to take it easy. Most of them seemed pretty sympathetic. They understood how difficult it would be to deal with such a terrifying situation. I stopped to rest at a small park not too far away from where I lived. There was a sign hanging on a tree that read 'Rest Area - Please Keep Your Dog On A Leash'. That's when I saw her. Cindy was standing on the other side of the fence that surrounded the park. She was wearing a pair of jeans and a tank top that showed off a lot of skin. Her long blonde hair looked even more beautiful than usual, bouncing as she moved her arms. Sh
