Usually I enjoyed the open road, I loved the freedom of it but not so much this time. I had realised pretty quickly that it had been to early to leave Ty.
He didn’t know me yet, and after being left pretty alone for his entire life he had every reason not to trust me. Me leaving, even if it was important just proved that point. And I didn’t want him to think I would ever abandon him.
So I made sure the business I had was finished in record time. And then I headed home. Not to the club house like I would have previously but my actual home.
