(SOLANA’S POV)
Nervous. Extremely nervous is how I feel this morning. Dad didn’t come back last night and he texted me to say he would be home when I’m back from school. He told me he had sort out my school bills and formalities and I wondered how.
I was up as early as 5 am even though school doesn’t start till like 7.45. I was all dressed in a blue flannel shirt and fitted blue jeans with my hair all let down, sipping fruit juice by the table when Larry made an entrance by 7.30am
He stopped short and gasped when he saw me seated by the table. He must have been very startled to see me sitting down there and staring intently at him with my bright and very awake eyes. Well , I had been waiting for him so I had a right to my intimidating pose.
‘We are Late, Larry.’ I groan and he smile
