It has taken close to a year to write this book. I hope reading of my mistakes, and maybe the small steps I took in the right direction, will be of great help to you. It is my genuine hope that what I have shared with you helps you on your journey.
I can’t count the number of times over the last decade when I ran to the internet in an attempt to satisfy my ravenous appetite for information on how to “do” this lifestyle.
