The councilmen were standing in three different rows in a very wide hall, all the chairs were placed in both side are golden and all the curtains are black with the details of golden fire printed on them, there is a huge throne of black and golden color the men are standing in front of the huge chair, the hall roof has so many arches with gold details in them and huge pillars supporting it was covered with black paint and a dragon throwing fire from its mouth is painted on them, the carpets are red the floor is all black.
