Ch5: Power

Sapphire came out of his mansions. He wants to reach the witch's village as soon as possible, he didn't stop, he is running wild in the forest, dodging sharp branches, trees, logs. He wants this pain to go away, the stings in his body are making him wild, it felt like someone is stinging him with thousands of needles, his presence in the forest is a threat to anyone who crosses his path. He wants to hunt, he needs blood or he will kill himself. Sapphire never saw in his surrounding his men who are guarding the boundaries of his empire. The biggest empire from all three empires in the south, east, and west.

The north empire which is the biggest who has all the supernatural creatures in it, Sapphire is not only a king of vampires, he has all the creatures in his empire, they all live with peace in their territories but all are under the power of their king. The demons, mermaids, fairies, zombies, ghosts, he is the king of all, the balance barrier of his empire is the witches village. The heart of the Four Empires is the witches village, the witches are so powerful only one man can enter in the village that is Sapphire Cornwall, Sapphire has the power on all the witches, he has the secrets of all... that's why no one can dare to announce any war on him, they all know how much power he has... He can destroy all three empires in just one go, Sapphire is ruling the empire from 1000 years because of one more power he has... No one knows about this superiority of his from years but his enemies, they want to defeat him to gain the power. One of them is the King Marathon of the eastern empire, he becomes the King of the eastern empire in the last century.

Marathon never liked Sapphire due to the Superiority of his in the council, the council is over all of the four empires, the council made the decisions and rules for the supernatural world to live in peace, Magnificent Magnus is one of the high associates of the council all the important decisions are made by him, the higher councilmen never show themselves in front of other Empires king, but Sapphire is the one who can meet and talk with them till now no one knows the reason behind it... Sapphire get permission from councilmen for his empire to allow mermaids to live in the waters of his empire, they gave him permission. Mermaids' tears can heal any deepest wound, their pearls powder can blind any enemy. Sapphire is the one charismatic, his handsome figure work for him to make mermaids fall in his charms because the beauty is the weakness of mermaids.

But when Marathon asked the same, he was not permitted to enter in the restricted area...from that time he thought Sapphire as his enemy. He always gives him threats of war, they always get against each other in the council discussion, Marathon tried to attack him one time, but he got the punishment for it, 100 hunters.

After that, he becomes quiet for some time, but in the last council meeting when he announced that he found his mate, he thought he become much powerful to challenge the King Of North Empire.

But he didn't know he is being a fool doing this, Magnificent Magnus that's why send his men to warn Sapphire about the threat.

Also, Sapphire doesn't find his mate till yet everyone knows if he will find his mate, he will become more powerful also it is very important for the king to find his queen, there is a reason for it.

The three Empire Kings have their mates with them, now it's just Sapphire... All his empire men are waiting for their queen, Sapphire tried everything in his hands but his mate is difficult to find. From two years the traces of his mate are visible but not clear, he always thinks he is close to her... But he can not reach her, Margaret is the witches' ancient elder she is using her spells to find Sapphire's mate, last time she said "King, your mate is close to you, she will find you by herself. What brought you here?" The woman said, she stands up from her seat... she moved around him Sapphire standing there calmly trying to bear the pain, who is making him weak to sit on his knees, the witch gets her wand from a basket, she makes a circle around him with her wand then touches him, a very worried expression came upon her face... "king this is not a good sign, why didn't you tell me earlier... your life is in danger, " the old witch look worried that is a very uncertain thing, Sapphire lose all his strength he sits down on the floor watching the witch, "it means, what I thought was right?" Sapphire asked, "yes my son, the thing we were feared the most happened..."
