He sighed. Spencer knew he was being a complete coward by leaving Kinley, especially after what had occurred between them. Stating that he had pack business had been a pathetic excuse, one that Thomas hadn't bought at all. But Spencer hadn't known what to do, how to fight back the rising panic every time he thought about Kinley and even his son. He wasn't stupid, he was more than aware of the resentment in his son's eyes every single time he attempted to spend any time with him.
