"Please do not run." The old man's voice was soft and gentle. "Trinity...give him a chance." Amira was pleading with her in her mind. "I don't think we should trust him," Trinity retaliated. "Please, listen and then decide." Amira clearly knew something Trinity didn't. Regardless, Amira was more dubious of individuals and less trusting, merely taking a moment to consider her options. Trinity didn't look that savage and the vast majority would misjudge her capacities. She could protect herself, she just couldn't let her guard down.
