Chapter Six The evening went well after the little incident in the living room. Lily hardly looked at Allen and Caleb, which drove both men nuts. She asked questions and listened intently as Helen talked about her and Clive’s children and grandchildren. She asked Harold how Clem’s roof repair went and if he was going to have to be helping out any more. She even asked Brad how the horses were doing.
