After eating, we decided to head back to Stone’s place and spend the rest of the night. It was a simple date night, but both of us were good with it. So long as we got to spend time together. I could only hope that he would let all thoughts of Danny and his mom go for now. There wasn’t really anything we could do about them being in town. Them moving only a few miles from my house was inconvenient. I agreed with him that staying at my place would not be good. It would put him close by, and chances of him seeing them would be higher than if I stayed with him. And for me, I didn’t care where we stayed for the short term, anyway.
