If the sudden realization that someone had broken through our gates and managed to somehow evade detection of the more than dozen armed men patrolling the grounds was supposed to scare me, I don’t even flinch.     After all earlier today a dragon had greeted me in the connecting forestry. So the idea that something—possibly non-human—could sneak in is entirely believable.
