I sighed as I wrote down what the professor had written down on the board. So far everything was going great. I easily kept up with the assignments and assessments even though I was working after my classes.
It was not something new to me though. I was used to it.
When the lecture was over, the professor left without another word. Everyone in the room started to get up and gather their possessions in their bag.
I sighed and started to copy what they are doing. Shailey who was sitting next to me the whole time cleared her throat suddenly and I looked down at her, raising my eyebrows in question.
Shailey's eyes darted around for a few seconds before she looked up at me, "Did you notice something?" She whispered suddenly making me narrow my eyes at her.
"What?" I asked her, confused now.
