It has been a month since Drake being arrested.
Life has been really calm, which I am glad for.
I was feeling a little bit under the weather for the last couple of days.
Asher wants to take me to the doctor's office, if I get any worse I will let him take me. But for now, not happening.
It was early in the morning when I was up and instantly have to run to the bathroom and I puke my guts up,
"baby?"
I hear Asher coming into the bathroom.
I feel his hand rub my back and hold my hair back for me.
I was crying at this point. For what reason? I have no idea.
After I am done puking, I flush the toilet and brush my teeth.
I sit down on the floor, with Asher next to me.
I see a tampon sitting on the counter and I sit up and gasp.
I turn to Asher, "Can you grab my phone for me please?"
He nods and gets up.
I just sit there thinking.
Am I pregnant?
Asher and I have been together for almost seven months.
How crazy would it be to be pregnant with Asher's baby? A piece of me and Asher together.
Asher comes back and hands me my phone.
I open my period tracker app.
I was supposed to have my period a week ago.
I look up at Asher.
"Baby?"
"Yeah"
"I'm late"
I show him the app.
His eyes go wide.
He looks at me. "Do you think you're pregnant?"
I nod, "It could explain why I get sick every morning and why I have been feeling a little under the weather. And crying for no god damn reason"
He smiles and lets out a laugh.
"We have to get a test"
I nod. "Let me get dressed. You do the same and then we can go to the store. Let's not tell your sister until we know for sure, I don't want to get her hopes up"
He nods.
We both get up and get dressed.
I walk out of the bedroom and head into the kitchen.
I see Asher standing next to Rachel and Jake.
Looks like he stayed the night again.
Those two so like each other.
Jake has been coming over a lot more than he was before. And it's not for Asher, but his sister.
Those two are so cute.
I hope they start dating soon.
"Baby, we should get going now"
I look at Asher and he nods walking over to me.
"Where are you guys going?"
I look at Rachel.
"Somewhere just the two of us."
I smile at Rachel, she nods.
"Okay, See you later then"
We say bye and we walk out the door and get in the car.
Asher drives us to the store and parks.
I was starting to get a little bit nervous.
I take a deep breath and I get out of the car.
Asher had already gotten out and was holding my door open.
He holds his hand out.
I grab it and he helps me out of the car.
I smile at him.
We hold hands walking in the store.
I go to the feminine aisle and I grab a couple of pregnancy tests.
Asher follows me to the cashier line and him being the loving boyfriend he is, pays for it. Not letting me.
"Babe, I have money and I can pay for my stuff."
He turns to me. "I know. But I am your boyfriend and I am going to pay for your stuff. Whether you want me to or not"
I smile and nod.
We walk out of the store and get in the car.
"Should we go back to the apartment or somewhere else that has a bathroom?"
He looks at me, "Up to you beautiful"
'''Let's go to a cafe and get a late lunch, somewhere that has some soups or something like that for my stomach"
He nods and turns the car on.
Asher pulls up to the cafe I work at and we walk in.
I make my way towards my office. I have a private bathroom, so I will use that one.
I walk into the office and I close the door behind Asher.
"I am going to use the bathroom and do the tests"
He nods and sits on the couch in my office.
After I pee in a cup, I dip each of the five tests in and set the timer. I leave them all on the counter and I leave the bathroom.
I sit on the couch next to Asher.
"If I am pregnant, will you be happy?"
He turns to me and cups my cheeks with his hands.
"Baby, I will be ecstatic if you are pregnant. I mean it's a mini-me and you combined. A baby. Our baby. I already knew that I am going to marry you one day, You are it for me."
I smile at his words and kiss him.
"Thank you. I love you. You are it for me too"
I hear my phone beep.
The timer.
I look at Asher and get up and walk to the bathroom.
Asher follows me in and I stare at the tests.
I grab one and turn it over.
