It had been two months since their marriage. There has been no progress in their relationship at all. Xander has only grown more aggressive and intolerant of Niti's even penury mistakes. Niti, on the other hand, managed to convince Xander to pursue the director for investigating Lady Lorraine's murder. Though the investigating team looked through everything, no substantial details regarding the murder were found. The only possible evidence that had been generated in the autopsy was that the lady was first choked and her neck bone had been snapped.
There wasn't anyone that came out as a possible suspect. Therefore, the case remained unsolved. Niti and Joanne had given up on the idea of being able to track the murderer.
