Pool Party

In mid-November, The Wild Bunch ate at a hotel in the game. Dani and Jeff were arguing about her planned slumber party.

Vanessa asked what are they arguing about. But the boys refused to spill their personal info. Logan added that they were merely dealing with their problems differently.

"Thank you so much, Logan," said Jaivva, "That explained so much".

Vanessa then asked, "But what is soooo wrong with a slumber party? Is it because of boys or like other stuff he doesn't want around her"?

Andres then stated, "Oh no. That's just the tip of the iceberg".

Dani walked by, "Slumber party at Kiki's. Or maybe Logan's. I don't know. We should be fine at Kiki's and she knows I want you guys to meet officially out of this game".

Jaivva began dancing in her seat with her tongue out saying, "You know imma be there. My parents don't care".

Vanessa frowned, "My parents do. They're gonna want to know where it is in advance and no boys. They will also want to speak to the parents and-".

Dani cut off Vanessa, "Don't worry, we will have Kiki's mom talk to them. Nobody can argue with her. And we will just say there will be no boys because that is apparently a thing".

Jeff was wiping his face, "No. You can not throw a slumber party period".

Dani rolled her eyes and answered, "I heard you and I told you I will do what I want".

She pointed at the girls, "And don't tell anybody where Kiki's house is. Jeff does not need to know".

A few days later, Mimi drove Vanessa and Jaivva to a pool at a trailer park. Vanessa noticed how pretty it was in comparison to most trailer parks. Mimi noted that it has cleaned up over the years.

The three walked through the pool gate where they saw Dani, Kiki, and Dezzy tanning in their bikinis.

Wearing a lace two-piece bikini, Vanessa hugged Dani and waved to the rest, "Does everybody live here"?

"No," said Kiki, "Only me, Carter, Mike, and Logan. But don't tell anybody because we like this place to stay quiet.

Thank you. I remember you though. You punch hard".

Vanessa laughed, "Sorry".

Kiki corrected her, "No. Don't apologize. That's what we're here for. To beat stuff up until college and make some mullah along the way. So where are you from? I hear your accent, but I can't put a place on it".

"Italy," answered Vanessa.

Kiki rose her hands up, smiling, "Awww. I got a white girl. I am outnumbered here in case you haven't realized".

Dezzy smiled, "Yeah, I am only half white and half Cuban".

Mimi smacked Dezzy's butt, "Latina is where she gets the butt from. Where's Nana? Shouldn't she be here by now"?

Dezzy said, "I told you to pick her up. She literally has 0 coordination. Every time she has to take a bus she gets lost. She is probably in Fort Lauderdale right now".

"True," said Mimi, "But you could have given her a ride too while I was picking them up".

Kiki stretched out her hand instructing the two to ignore their arguing.

Vanessa asked, "So you are not trying to become a pro-gamer"?

Kiki smudged her face, "No. It's fun. I like running around and hexing people. But the only reason I actually do anything is because I know I can get a good scholarship from The Isekai Game as well as some good money on the side. I already bought my mom a trailer and hooked it up. What about you"?

"Well, I really want to become a pro because it's fun".

"It is," said Jaivva.

Vanessa continued, "And I really like anime and want to do something with anime. So why not run around fighting people and monsters to make money and be in my own anime"?

Kiki took a sip of her slushy and said, "True. Not to mention you can retire by age 30".

Jaivva eyes widened, "Excuse me".

Dani asked, "Logan never told you guys that most pros retire by the age of thirty? This game is pretty wild and they make a lot of money from it. Thus pro player gets paid a lot".

Vanessa and Jaivva shook their heads before Kiki stated, "Logan doesn't care as long as you do your job and get him to where he wants to be".

Dani laughed, "Where is Logan? I sent him out for snacks a while ago".

While the ladies talked about their lives and enjoyed their day, a handsome stud known by the name of Carter came walking to the pool. He wore swimwear thin like a thong. He stretched his big bold legs while his calves dug his swim shoes onto the hot pavement. His butt was full and his back was sharp. He smacked his goggles on his eyes and strolled his way up to the pool gates.

"No!" yelled Dani.

Carter removed his goggles where he clearly saw the girls' all lined at the poolside.

"What the hell?" he asked in an angry tone.

"Go home!" yelled Dani.

"You don't need to swim today" yelled Kiki.

"Come on," he begged, "You know I won't bother you all. Y'all are not even in the pool".

Logan walked over wearing a ninja anime shirt, "I got it".

Both boys briefly locked eyes and shrugged their shoulders at one another.

Jaivva was eyeing Carter who was now cursing under his breathe and walking away. Logan, however, came in and handed Dani the bag of goodies. He watched in disgust as the girls devoured chocolates and ice cream-filled donuts.

"What Logan?" asked Mimi out of curiosity.

Logan replied, "The vultures are eating".

Vanessa's jaw dropped as Kiki yelled "Dani"!

Dani exhaled, "Okay Logan. You need to go now".

"Why," asked Vanessa.

Mimi answered, "Because of his nasty attitude and how he treats people".

"Especially women," added Dezzy".

Logan shrugged his shoulders before walking away.

Vanessa then grabbed Logan's hand, "Wait a minute. Why are you being so mean to Mimi"?

"She's a mean person anyway," he answered.

Mimi yelled, "How? When we met back in middle school I was super nice to you. I used to hug you all the time no matter how much trouble you gave and you only turned around and made fun of me".

Kiki nodded while Dezzy noted she was glad that she was living in Illinois at that time.

Vanessa snapped her head back at Logan who said, "She breasteded me with her boobilies and everybody made fun of me".

A few of the girls who hadn't known him began wondering, "Who says things like that"?

Vanessa made it clear, "Maybe since you and everybody were young, a lot of those boys that made fun of you were being stupid and jealous that a girl as pretty as Mimi was hugging you and giving you a lot of attention instead of them in the first place".

Kiki and Dani realized Logan was actually thinking about what Vanessa had just said. But Logan ran his mouth again.

"I'll call you later Logan!" yelled Dani.

"Just think about it," said Vanessa as she walked Logan to the gate.

Nuhat rolled up on her skateboard and apologized for being late.

"See," said Jaivva, "She did not end up in Fort Lauderdale".

Nuhat replied, "It took me over three hours to get out of Broward".

"She literally has 0 coordination," said Dani.

"I don't know how I live with it," said Nuhat especially with college coming up".

Vanessa asked, "So wait, is everybody going to college"?

"Pretty much" answered Mimi as the rest of the Sisters nodded their heads.

Mimi showed a picture of her son, "This here is my little man. But I think imma shoot for a business degree".

"Let's go!" yelled Dani standing up.

Mike wore normal well-designed swim trunks with sweat dripping down his chiseled body. At the pool gates, he saw the girls took over the pool to dance to k-pop.

"Don't you start with us Mike" yelled Kiki.

Dani reiterated, "Carter already left and decided not to swim today. You better do the same".

Mike walked in, shrugging his shoulders. One by one the Sisters ran to beat on him.

Dani sat down for a brief moment, "Ugh, wait till you guys see what else I got planned".
