Knowing Scott will attend the workshop with me makes the whole ordeal a little more tolerable. We’ll have six hours together in the car as we drive down to Charlotte, and a whole two days spent hanging out together at the hotel—we won’t know anyone else at this workshop, so naturally he’ll stick with me—not to mention another six hours on the drive back to Richmond.
