Xavier and I have never run as fast as we did to get to Monica and Lexi. Her parents, Dean, and Sophia were on their way as well, but they were driving so we had a vehicle to take Monica home in. It was the four longest hours of my life, but as I arrived at the gates of the Silver Lake Pack, I was immediately let in. Dean must have let them know what my wolf looked like, and I was met at the steps to the pack house by their Alpha and Luna, who had brought me out some clothes as well. "Where is she?" I ask as soon as I'm shifted and changed.
