Now that we're a bit of a way from the building I can feel Lexi stirring. "Ten minutes," J says then he goes to sit on a bench.
"Monica."
"Lexi, thank the Goddess, are you okay?"
"No, and neither are you. I'm sorry, with the wolfsbane, silver, and wormwood, I couldn't come forward I tried so hard when I knew they were going to hurt you but I couldn't get the strength."
"It's not your fault. Do you think ten minutes will be enough time?"
