As Lek was being driven into work on Monday morning, she reflected on the miserable weekend she had had. She had hardly spoken to Craig, although they hadn’t rowed. He was busy having a good time with a bunch of falang, but she didn’t begrudge him that, it didn’t happen often and she had spent hours talking to her daughter about their new house and to Ayr about what to do about Tong.
