LETS TALK PLEASE

ALESSANDRAS POV

We heard someone knocking on the door and I went to open it while Cole put the monopoly game away, every time we played it I wondered how it would be like to see Domenico and him playing their favorite game together. Even though they haven't spent time together as father and son they sure have a lot of things in common, they like almost all the same things and I always think that it is the Moon Goddess playing some joke on me.

"Okay enough playing its past your bed time, put the game away while I see who is at the door and I will be in there to tuck you in" I say as I head to the front door

"Okay mommy, can we play again tomorrow" Cole asked

"Yes we can play tomorrow" I say as I make it to the door

When I open the door I did expect to see Domenico standing in front of me, I take a quick look back to see Cole still putting the game away before I turn to see Domenico again.

"Hey can we talk please, I don't want to fight or anything just talk I promise" he says as he looks at me and that's when I noticed that its Domenico's wolf Max who is in front of me

"Why did you come here Max, you need to go back to the pack house before Domenico takes over" I say

"Please Aly, I just want to talk nothing more nothing less" Max says

"Fine but you cant allow Domenico to take control, I still cant talk to him and I hope you can understand my reasons" I say

"I do and don't worry I wont let him take control" he says as I let him in to the house

When Cole sees him he right away stops doing what he was doing and looks between the both of us, he then gets in front of me in a protective stand.

"Cole relax Max is in control, not Domenico" I say as I take a seat on the sofa and motion Max to take a seat himself

"So your my fathers wolf" Cole says

"Well technically I am also your father or at least your wolf will identify me as your father" Max said

"What are you doing here, how did you find us Max" I asked

"I followed the pull of the bond I have with Shadow and Cole" he says as he looks at us

"What did you want to talk about" I asked

"Well about the mark on your ankle" he says

"Cole can you get ready for bed please" I said

"Yes mommy" he says as he leaves to get ready

"Let me put him to bed and I will be right back" I say as I get up and head to put Cole to bed

After I placed him to bed and read him a story, I turn to see that he was fast asleep and when I turn towards the door I see Max standing on the door way with a smile on his face. I give Cole a kiss and get up from his bed walking to the book shelf placing the book back before walking towards the door, I place one hand on Max's chest and push him as I close the door and walk down the stairs into the living room.

"Now we can talk, he wont wake up until tomorrow" I say

"Aly, why didn't you let us know why you really went so far away from us" Max asked

"Max, let me ask you something. How would you feel if instead of Domenico rejecting me I rejected him, would you be able to see me with the person that I had been dating since the day I gave up finding my mate" I asked

"Well no but I would fight for you" he said

"What if you knew that it wouldn't change anything and I rejected you because I thought that you didn't shift on your sixteen birthday and you didn't get the chance to tell me that you did shift but not on your sixteenth birthday but on the day both your parents died" I say

"Aly, I get where your going but you have to think about Cole. He still needs you, does he even know what is going on or what that mark means" he asks

"He knows it means that I was mated to an alpha but got rejected but no he doesn't know that I was slowly dying and that after I got shot I'm dying faster than before" I say

"Do you have feeling for us, either of you or Shadow" he asked

"Max, Shadow loves you and I care about you so much because you weren't responsible for what is going on with me. Regarding my feeling towards Domenico, I have hatred and a big amount of it but over all I still love him with all my heart and we will love you both till the our last breath" I say

When I look up to see him I realize that Domenico is back in control and who knows since when he has been in control, as I look into his eyes I see sadness along with regret and love.

"I love you too Aly and I don't want to lose you, please give me a chance to proof that I really want you and Cole in my life. Let me safe you Aly, please" he says as tears fall down his face

I brought my hand up and wiped the tears away as my own tears fall down my face, he raises his hand up and places it over my hand as the other one grabs me by the wrist. When he opens his eyes I lower my head and pull my hand away from his face, when I have both of my hands on my lap he places two fingers under my chin and makes me look up to him only to see him close to my own face.

"Let me safe you, let me do what I should have done all those years ago when we found each other" he said

I look at him as tears continue to fall down my face, I can see in his eyes that he means everything he says but I don't know what to do. I pull away from him and walk towards the chimney where I have pictures of Cole from when he was first born up to his fourth birthday, I then feel a pair of arms around my waist before I feel his lips on my soft spot which makes me shutter and shiver in his arms as he continued to kiss, lick and suck on it driving me crazy until he turns me around and my back ends up on the sofa with Domenico on top of me as he continues his attack on my soft spot making me moan as I tangle my fingers in his hair pulling gently making him moan in approval.
