Chapter Twenty Nine – Awkward Questions.
Woof stepped over the broken plaster that had fell from the walls, as he climbed the stairs to Jessica’s apartment, the building had not faired well at all. As he reached her door, he saw that it had partially blew off its hinges, obviously from the wind blowing in from the broken windows. Sighing he knew before they could leave, he had to at least fix that. Jessica had given him a list of things that were special or important to her and just asked him to grab her clothes and toiletries as well. As Woof entered the apartment, he saw her TV was completely smashed on the floor lamp also lay smashed, even though the wind had calmed down it was still gusting outside and through the apartment. Glass was everywhere you looked covering all the surfaces.
