WHEN CHERRY AWOKE, she felt soft grips on her arm, waist, and thighs. The back of her head nestled against a cupped surface. She opened her eyes and jerked in amazement. She was back inside the small room in the space station. Her EVA suit floated free and she was breathing air. The grips on her body and the suction on the back of her head released. The movement pushed her slightly forward. She hung in the zero-g, trying to understand what had happened. A moment earlier, the station had been under attack by the Scythians.
