POV: Damon
I got to the carnival early. I was anxious to see Zayla. Jordan gets here with the girls. He had mindlinked me about Courtney's outburst. I swear she was the worst mistake I have ever made. I only had one thing on my mind then though. Now all that's on my mind is Zayla, my mate.
"Alright, ladies what should we do first?" Jordan asks. "Food!" Cassie says. "OK let's get some food. Hmm, what should we eat?" I say looking around at all the stands. "One of everything," Zayla says while she rubs her temples. "Hey, you ok?" I ask her. The way her face is scrunched up it looks as if she's in pain. "She just has a headache. She gets them all the time." Cassie decides to answer for her.
"It's a lot of thoughts circling. Just try to make fast easy decisions. It will help." Zayla mindli
