The following day, I received a text message that I needed to go to school to finish off the paperwork for dropping out. I don't know how I'm supposed to get there knowing the pack house was far away from my school. I'm kind of shy to ask anybody to drop me off since neither Nate nor Johnson was here. I groaned to myself as I felt the panic rising. Maybe if I leave now and walk I might make it? The commute was also out of the question since the next bus station was a couple of blocks away so either way I'd have to walk. I hurriedly got ready and left Nate a note that I'll be at school taking care of paperwork. Why does it have to be me who'll do this? Why can't the school just do this? I frowned deeply as I made my way downstairs. "Why the long face, princess?" Caleb asked. "You're her
