In the taxi on his way home Nicholas couldn't stop thinking about her. He looked out the window and sighed. He had so much to do when he got home. He first had to sort out a vehicle. His favourite black car was a mess. He needed to buy a new one. He also needed to clean up his house and make room for her.
He sighed again before he mindlinked with his wolf.
" Alvaro, do you think we did alright with our mate?"
His wolf was curled up lazily, Twitched his ears before sitting up and stretching. "I think you did OK. Mate didn't seem that upset. I think she liked our pup."
Nicholas nodded to himself. "I hope you are right. We can't let onto Vera that we found her. "
Alvaro growled. "She is your mistake, I tried to warn you, you didn't want to listen to me!"
