Dean pov. She lay there, sleeping peacefully like a baby, still carrying another child within her. My gaze lingered on her, torn between love and pain as I watched her. I decided to stand up and fetch some water before returning to her side. It brought me joy knowing that another life was thriving inside her. When I returned to the room, I found her sitting, her hands placed gently on her stomach, looking lost in thought. I couldn't help but worry. "Are you okay?" I asked, but she only nodded, saying nothing. I sat beside her on the bed, studying her face, trying to discern her feelings. Before I could reach out to touch her, she moved away, her eyes filled with guilt. "Do I have another child growing inside me?" she finally asked, and I could only stay silent, unsure of what to say.
