Well, it’s official. I hate writing assignments. Guess that means I made the right call so many years ago when I decided to go freelance. Unfortunately my cheerful, benevolent captor is making me rewrite my confession. Again.

I’ve come to find out he actually has a name, by the way — the guard assigned to me, I mean, not my essay. And I know this is going to come to you as quite a shock, with me being stuck here in Korea and all, but at least his name — now that I know it — is easy to remember. You ready for this?
