The beach is beautiful and the small water waves touch my feet while I walk on the sand. I sniff the air and breathe deeply into the salty ocean. I wear a long blue dress. The wind is blowing my hair but just carefully. I watch the full moon in the sky which looks a little purplish. The view is amazing and I never want to wake up from my dream. "Valerie, Valeria, Valeria."-A man's voice whispers my name but he is nowhere around. I am alone and I feel so lonely. "Valeria, Valerie. I am here. I always wait for you. I know one day you will come and find me."-I can feel his breath tickle the back of my neck while he speaks but when I turn he is not there. "Beep. Beep. Beep."-I hear my alarm through my dream. I wake up in the morning and turn off my alarm. It's already 8 am and I am ready to have a quick breakfast with my family. I quickly comb my hair and wash my face. I am so bored of my life sometimes. I will be turning 22 in two days and I feel so old already. My days are also boring because I thought that at age 22 I would already find my mate and live happily ever after. But fate has a different plan for me. My dad and mom keep telling me that everything is gonna be alright. I get dressed and go to the dining room to have breakfast with my family. Mom (Catherine), dad (Xavier), and my three siblings (Mason, Alexander, and Christina) are already there. "Good morning, Val."-They speak in unison and with a smile on their face. "Morning everybody. I wonder what our plan is for today." "Well. How about some training with Troy?"-My dad Xavier suggests and my mom Catherine looks at him like the most precious treasure in this world. "I am sure you both need some practice."-Mom laughs at me because she knows how close we are with Troy. "Sure it will be fun to kick his a*s."-I laugh so loud. "Who's a*s do you want to kick, Val?"-Just in time Troy and his family enter the dining room. His dirty blonde hair falls in front of his dark brown eyes. He looks like uncle Travis but younger. We have a six months gap between us. He is my best friend and he will be my Beta after I take over the pack. "Alpha, Luna, and kids good morning."-Travis says with his family. We say our good morning back to them. Aunt Summer is always by his side and she is the best to cook cookies with. Troy's brother Steve looks more like Summer. He is seven years younger than me. "Yours of course. No one else is a better opponent for me than you. I always like when I beat you."-I smile at him and he licks his lips. He thinks about the same thing as me. Just the two of us alone always turn into something heated. "Can't wait. Meet me at the training ground after breakfast."-He says and walks to his usual chair to sit on it. "We will see who will end up under the other. I can't say that I don't like when you're on top of me."-Troy says through mind-link. So no one can hear it, just me. I feel my cheeks become red just at the thought of him and me together. He is such a tease. I don't answer him. We will talk when only the two of us are alone. Soon our breakfast arrives and we start it. I always love to start my day with bacon and egg. My parents told me when mom was pregnant with me she used to eat bacon and egg. I wipe my face with a napkin and Troy does the same. He gestures to me with his eyes that we should leave. "Thank you for this amazing breakfast. I better go and change into my training clothes. Troy, I will meet you there in ten minutes."-I nod and they all nod back to me. I hear another chair is moving and I know it is Troy. I go to my room and quickly change my clothes and tie my hair in a ponytail. After I walk to the training ground with a bottle of water. Troy soon arrives and he wears his usual smile. He is topless and his six-pack abs are on the show. He only wears basketball shorts. "So are you ready, gorgeous?"-He asks and after licks his lips. "I am always ready, babe."-I wink at him and pick up our starting position. I lunge at him and try to kick his head. He grabs in the air my leg just before colliding his head. He twists it and I fall on the ground with a big thud. He immediately sits on my back and grabs my arms behind my back. He leans closer. "That was easy. You can do better, gorgeous. Let's try again."-He whispers into my ear and bites my earlobe a little. He pulls away and lets me go. I stand up and this time I wait for him to attack me. He hit me with his fist my ribs but I didn't give up. I raise my leg while he hits me and I kick into his stomach. He groans from the pain and I kick out his leg also. He falls to the ground on his back. I quickly sit on his stomach and hold his hand together above his head. We both panting and I can see the admiration in his eyes like usual. "Ohh I thought you would work me more. I am just a little sweaty."-I mock him because I know how much he likes it. I rub my bottom against his groin. I love to tease him because he always becomes so passionate after. He growls at me to warn me not to mess with him. I lean closer and peck his lips. He tries to get free from my hold but no good luck. I tease him more when I slide down on his body and rub against him while circling my hip. I can feel he gets hard under me. I kiss and lick his chest. He is all muscle and has no fat on his body. I suddenly let go of him and I am standing up. His bulge is visible and it makes me smile. He groans in annoyance and tries to catch my legs. Finally, he stands up too. "One last chance, big boy. Show me what you got."-I am gesturing to him to attack me. He starts to run in my direction. I dodge his fist and his kick. He turns and I am behind him. He hit his head backward and I am hearing a crack. That son of a b*tch just broke my nose. I growl at him and pinch my nose. Blood drops on the ground but luckily I am a werewolf so it will heal fast. He quickly turns and lifts me up. He throws me on his shoulder. I try to get free but his arms hold me there tight. "Looks like I won, gorgeous."-He says in a flirtatious voice. He looks back at me above his shoulder. "No. Never. You cheated, Troy. Let me go."-I am protesting and hit with my fist his back.
