Persephone awoke with a black bag over her head. She groaned. Her head hurt, and she discovered she was sitting on a chair and had her wrists tied behind her back. She started to hyperventilate because she remembered that she was struck on the back of the head and now she was in a strange place. She had been kidnapped!
'But why would anyone want to kidnap me?' she thought to herself.
She tried to hone her senses when she heard footsteps and mumbles. Those mumbles were getting closer. One was clearly French and was very bossy. Next thing she knew the bag was torn off her head and she blinked cause the light was so bright.
"Bonjour, qu'avons-nous ici? Ah ... une belle femme" the other guy in the room answered with "This is Anthony's mate...."
