{'You know those nights when you can't fall asleep? Well, maybe it's because you are awake... in someone else's dream.'} ARISA How could I mess up? How could I forget to invite her to our table? With a loud sigh, I turned my head towards the direction of her golden. I watched her laughing at her newfound friends- totally oblivious of all the students who were giving her looks of admiration. I couldn't understand at all. She never glanced at me even once. She was supposed to give her attention to me after I gave her a free taste of my addictive lips. Why isn't it working? I heard my best friend, Hilary, hum playfully beside me. "You're into this cute new piece, huh?" she asked, giving me a goofy grin. "Yeah," I admitted without any hesitation. "You should look closer and trust me she's different." She shrugged her shoulder while playing with her food on her plate using her disposable fork. "Yes. I can totally see that, honey... without even looking at her twice. You're practically ogling your eyes at her since you sat on this table. But I'm not interested... I don't want to run into those animated bimbos who are planning for world domination." I stared at my best friend with a dull expression. Hilary Damien was definitely the bad news of this group but she could be a sweetheart if she chose to. She was a total b***h. Among us, she was the perfect definition of a cheerleader. With her long blonde hair, bright blue eyes, and her sexy toned body, she could get every guy she wants. She was straight as a pole but she never judged me when I came out one day to her, which totally surprised me because she really was cheerleader material. And that's why I really loved her so much as my best friend. She's always been there for me, even though the rumor of my sexuality started during our sophomore year. She was the one who gave me an idea of my newly added reputation and to my surprise, it all worked alright. Because of her support, I could walk comfortably in my own territory without any fear. I owed her that much. "Animated Bimbos? You mean Table E7?" Tiana chimed, tilting her red-head to Quinn's direction and I chuckled at how she encoded the tables in the school cafeteria like some board of chess. Tianarose Hartley, my holiday girl. She was a closeted lesbian contented in her own contracted wardrobe. She came out to our cheerleading team but not entirely to the whole school. I called her my holiday girl because we had this game that every special occasion, we had to make out. Whether it is Thanksgiving, independence day, or her dog's birthday, our game would engage flawlessly. We had no pinky string attached to each other because we had a mutual understanding regarding that matter and we also had this invisible decorated wall between us. She liked Hilary but she was definitely in love with Bailey who was flirting with her new jock boyfriend beside her at this moment. My poor Tiana... Why chose someone so impossible or rather hard? She certainly had this straight-fetish infused in her hormones. Bailey Grace Collins was a total pretender though. I didn't like her at first but she was nice when the time would need her to be. I wasn't going to pretend she knew that Tiana had feelings for her but I didn't want to involve myself in their chasing drama so I just remained quiet. Maybe she liked Tiana, too. Hopefully, because I really wanted my holiday girl to be happy. Of course, not just only for holidays. "Yeah, Animated Bimbos," Hilary confirmed with a smirk as she arched her brow. "So this chi- I mean this girl is your new Barbie doll this year?" Tiana shook her head as she corrected her phrases. She looked at Quinn like she was some cute bunny, preparing to kidnap her and add her to her cute pet collection. Freaking animal lover. "Did you just call her a chic?" Bailey asked my holiday girl before she glared at my fallen angel as her chocolate eyes intensified in rage. Oh, drama. I heard her boyfriend laugh beside her. "She's absolutely a chic, babe. But I think you're more like a lioness. Ready to defeat her at all times. RAWR!" Lame! Bailey giggled then I heard slurping sounds coming from their seat. I was glad I was looking down at my tray because I think I would vomit- seeing them eating each other with Tiana next to them. "Do you think you can share?" Tiana suddenly asked and she had this tricky smile on her lips while staring at Bailey. The brunette glared at her but she immediately recouped and smiled at her boyfriend. Why is he here, again? This was supposed to be our table, the Queen's table - my table. "Nope, I don't think I can share," I said with a fake smile. Nobody can touch my angel except me. Possessive, I know. That's how I stylishly roll. "What the hell, Tiana? You're a dyke, too?" Again, Bailey's boy exclaimed which earned a roll of eyes from me. A wicked grin escaped from Tiana's lips that I used to kiss every special occasion and then she shrugged innocently as a response. "What's the problem, Timofreak? Want some threesome with Bailey?" That was a great counter and I tried my hardest not to laugh at that while Bailey stayed quiet. I hoped she was imagining it in her head. Mostly imagining Tiana. I almost cringed though because it would be better if they were only two of them. "Yeah, Tim. If ever of this gets out of your mouth. We're going to make sure that you'll never grow balls for the rest of your reincarnated life. Do you understand?" Hilary warned while checking her nails nonchalantly. Tim muttered something I couldn't understand and left us to get back on his own group. We could definitely kick him out of this school. I had the power to do so. Not that I was totally the main villain of this place but Tim was a conceited jerk every so often. I didn't even know why Bailey was with him anyway. He was a total loser. "So, " Hilary continued, clapping her hands together and stared at me with amusement. "Do you want any information about her and her newfound bimbos? I think I have a lot of resources." "No, it's fine. Maybe I can invite them to the party this weekend," I muttered, looking at her appreciatively. "Are you serious?!" Bailey cried out, her voice shrieked annoyingly in my ears as she leaned forward, alarmed at what I just blurted out. "Those bimbos are our sworn enemies. Inviting them to our party is so dead wrong." "Actually, it's my party," I countered back, rolling my eyes. "Whatever, A!" she retorted calling me by my cheerleader's name, and then she went on saying, "I mean, look at them. They are taboos. They're ruining the social ladder that former students established through all those years." Tiana laughed at her statement. "And since when did you become the historian of this school?" "Shut up, w***e!" Bailey cursed. Tiana's green eyes grew wide and I shook my head because this was getting worse. However, I stayed quiet, still glancing at Quinn from time to time. "Did you just call me a w***e?" "Yeah. Got a problem with that?" Bailey asked, her voice was mockingly sweet. "Yes. Stop doing that!" Tiana cried out, her eyes warped in concern. "It's not right to say such an ugly word from your gorgeous lips." Hilary and I laughed together in harmony. There was definitely going on here. "Bailey is blushing!" My best friend picked on her and Bailey mumbled something under her breath, rolling her eyes as Tiana smiled at her in satisfaction. "But seriously, A! You don't need to invite them just to play with your new doll. Look at them, they look like cartoon characters. Did you see that Franky?" Bailey said while pointing at the guy who was sitting next to Quinn with his arms around the girl with short red hair who was sitting on his left. "He's huge like Franky The Monster and her girlfriend looks like Velma from Scooby-Doo. Perfect combination, right?" "Actually, it's Frankenstein and Velma," Tiana corrected her before she drunk her low-calorie juice. "Whatever, geeko!" she quoted, glaring at her before she went on, "And did you forget what that gossip b***h had done to you, A? What's her name again?" "It's Ella," I answered sluggishly, getting tired of her mantra. I didn't want to get deep into the past but that Ella was the one who started the bisexual tale about me. She collected every damn information she could use against me because she wanted to get revenge for stealing his boyfriend that I just threw out easily. It was around the time when we were still freshmen. However, the truth was, I didn't steal her boyfriend. He cheated on her with another girl before he even had me and as soon as I learned about it, I immediately turned him down. But for some reason, Ella was pointing at me. Cheaters are the ones I hated the most. They were the ones I despised the most. Of course, I was the exception because cheating with me was a privilege. "Oh right! Ella the Devilla." We laughed at Bailey's inventive taunt but Hilary suddenly nudged me on my side and c****d her brow towards Quinn's table. Automatically, my eyes shot glare with rage as I watched the guy who called me 'babe' this morning was talking with my girl. Of course, Quinn was pretty so it wasn't a surprise that she had already made a long line of both sexes who wanted her full attention. What was his name again? I think it was around the letter 'D'. Oh, it's 'Dirtbag'. I watched her smile at him sweetly before he walked out from their table but I immediately frowned when I realized that the girl sitting across from Quinn was glaring evilly at me. What's her problem? Hilary giggled. "Khloe is now looking at you. This is dangerous for your doll, A. I think you need to save this Quinn of yours from losing her humanity or her virginity, of course, if she still has it." "Yeah, I can totally manage that," I said, not taking away my eyes from this Khloe. Khloe was definitely trouble like Hilary had said. She had already got multiple suspensions for her taunt and cockiness. My family was friends with her mother but I never had a chance to get close to her. She was the last person I didn't want to run into. But why Quinn was with them? My poor, poor angel. She had no idea where to put herself from all the things and people around her. She was new and I really needed to save her from all of these bimbo nightmares. Khloe unexpectedly turned her stare away from mine. She looked at Quinn and I watched her saying something seriously to my girl. Quinn finally glanced at me and our eyes locked together. I gulped at her beauty as I held her hazel green eyes with my blue one. She was really different. Even her stare was leaving me vulnerable like she knew what was all inside me. Like she could clearly see me against all the masks I put on my face to keep my reputations soaring up above the others. I gave her my sugary smile and in my horror, she didn't give me one back as she looked down sadly and turned her attention back to her newfound friends. What does it mean? Guilt shaped up to my core. Maybe it was wrong for me to move so fast. Or maybe she didn't want to be friends with a popular one like me so she settled herself to those retarded bimbos. Or maybe... No!!! Nobody could resist me. Nobody could reject me like that. As I looked down at my unfinished food and ignoring Bailey's rant, I heard the school bell rang. Instantly, I grinned with excitement as I remembered that Quinn and I had classes together until the last period. I stood up quickly, making my way to my own class, and decided that I would do everything to make her officially mine this year. Even if she was an angel, I considered myself a goddess and no one could get away from my touch. Especially, her. .........
