#22 Something Wrong

Riven's wolf lost the last remaining bit of control it displayed on realizing Ella was their mate. His wolf could no longer control his excitement and decided to mark Ella. He wanted at least to fill her womb with his seeds. Once she gets pregnant, Riven cannot ignore her. It was afraid Riven would do something reckless if he learned about the bond. So his wolf was desperate to make the right decision for both of them. Even if he would resent him for it now, he would appreciate it later. The sound of their s*x slapping filled the cabin. It was music to their ears. It was the first time for Ella. But it was the first time Riven and his wolf had made sweet love to a woman. Ella was submerged in the pool of her hormones and emotions. It's the best she has ever felt. There was nothing to compare with, but she had heard enough to have some idea. She could feel the intensity rising inside her. Her muscles spasmed, pulling in and pressing out his erection, engulfing him. Her insides churned, making her stomach squeeze in excitement. Fireworks exploded inside her, making her feel like she was under heat. She knew she was going to have an orgasm at any moment. All previous orgasms of her life had felt monotonous. This was better than one could expect and ask for. It was the most euphoric moment of her life. She closed her eyes, relishing it. "Ella!" Riven's wolf called out to her. He wanted to look into her eyes as he f****d her. It was more realistic. Otherwise, everything felt dreamy. He can't accept that he has finally found his true mate. She struggled to open her eyes. It wasn't like she was shutting them down at her whim. But when their eyes met, they were fixated on each other. They exchanged several unwritten words between them. But more than that, they were thrilled to have found each other. The cabin filled with their pleasurable moans muffled with their erratic breathing, panting, and grunting as they caught up with each other's pace, synching their moves and heartbeats. Their shared breath and the shared thud of their heartbeat united their souls forever. Ella was the first to c*m on his manhood, collapsing from experiencing weightlessness after the intense orgasm. She purred underneath him as he continued massacring her insides. Riven regained control when her orgasms washed over his erection. It was like a warm, moist, vivid sensation jolted him back. It surprised him that his wolf actually took over him to have s*x. It had never happened before. Soon after, he felt his muscle spasm as his erection became harder and fuller from the building orgasm. He pounded Ella mercilessly, emptying his load deep into her sacred hole, making her feel warm and full. It took him by surprise when he didn't pull out. Then the sudden realization dawned upon him- they were mates. The shack was filled with her enthralling lavender and rose essence. No wonder he couldn't ignore the pull towards her. But how did this happen? He crumpled beside her, surmising the gravity of the situation. What Riven was going through was overwhelming and foreboding. He felt very strongly about Ella. And he was not able to shake it off no matter how hard he tried. They had already mated. It didn't matter if it was him or his wolf. In the end, it was them. They were one soul. Perhaps that's what he wanted all along. Hence, he allowed his wolf to take control. When he looked at Ella, his heart skipped a beat. She looked flawless beside him, panting to catch her breath. Her falling and levitating breasts made his eyes grow darker again. Her inviting lips made him twitch for another round. He immediately shifted his gaze to the ceiling to understand his emotions better before doing something reckless again. He shut his eyes in a dilemma. He was unprepared for all this, especially a mate of a low rank. She was an outcast. On top of that, nothing and no one backed her. He sighed in confusion. He doesn't need a mate. Not now and perhaps never. He was harboring too many overwhelming emotions for her, which was not good for either of them. Because once he accepted that connection, she would immediately become his greatest weakness. And he wasn't ready for anything weak, especially someone who can't protect themselves. How was she supposed to be beside her as a Luna? Perhaps the moon goddess made her his mate so that it would be easier for him to reject the bond. It was meant to be severed. Riven stood up expeditiously and moved away from her to put some distance between them. He could not handle the sparks or that intoxicating essence coming from her body. They clouded his head, making it difficult for him to think anything rationally around Ella. He picked up his clothes that were scattered on the floor and got dressed quickly. As if it would contain his excitement and reckless desires. That intrigued Ella, but she, too, rose and dressed. She was starting to freak out. "Is there something wrong?" Ella stuttered, breaking the invisible ice that was making things awkward between them. She had feared something like this would happen. But when it was happening, it terrified her beyond imagination. Riven looked at her with discomfort. He could not reject her immediately, even if he wanted to. But he could not settle his mind to accept her either. It tore him. The more she was around, the more the pull would increase, and it wouldn't be long before he marked her in one of the weak moments. He would regret it. But it would be too late to back out then. What if his wolf takes over his control again and does something drastic? He cannot take a chance like that. This woman before him was a witch, if not a werewolf. No wonder she had such a beautiful wolf. Everyone thought white wolves were extinct. But she was there. Of course, she wasn't any random one. A witch at her heart. She bewitched him the first time he saw her. And if he stayed around her, he feared he would end up becoming a toy alpha from the mightiest alpha of the century. "I am feeling anxious. Please tell me something. Anything! Talk to me." Ella pleaded with her pitiful eyes. Her eyes started to drizzle with tears threatening to fall. But she held them back forcefully. She was able to sense the trouble she was not ready to face. "I don't want a mate. Never." Riven said with finality in his voice, without looking at her watery eyes. He did not want to fall for her all over again or reconsider his decision because of how she looked at him. Her eyes were too powerful for him. Her presence itself rattled him. And now the mate pull was making him insane. He wondered whether he would ever forget her invigorating scent. However, he must keep his distance from both of them. He was too tricky for a pure-hearted soul like her. He was actually sparing her by rejecting this bond. "Why? Because I am an omega?" She demanded, devastated. She was feeling a pain that she could not express. Her entire life felt unworthy. She wanted to become numb to avoid all the emotions she was suffering from. But she could not ignore that conversation or the truth. "No. I would have rejected you irrespective of rank. I do not want a mate. You're only going to make me weaker. Plus, it is more me than you." He tried to give her a reason, explaining to him more than her that Ella was not someone he could have with him for his lifetime, especially as his Luna. She was already driving him insane. With her, he would become ambitionless. "But I am not that weak. You have seen my wolf. I am fast. I can learn other skills." Ella was not ready to give up on her last hope for a better life. She always thought her mate would rescue her and love her unconditionally. But this was turning into a nightmare suddenly. Riven scoffed at that. He wondered why she kept her wolf a secret. This girl was not only his mate but way too complicated. She was only going to cause trouble that he wasn't ready for. The whole thing was so sudden. All he wanted was to get away and think about it properly. But he just stood there glued. Witch, he clucked. "Don't ignore me!" Ella shrieked, raising her voice. She was beginning to feel humiliated. Even her mate was ridiculing her right after taking her virginity. "You are far too complicated with your history and situation. You don't even want others to find out about your wolf. I understand why, but still, I believe it is not for the best. No one even likes you. A Luna needs to be desirable and popular. They think you're an ignominy. And honestly, I would have helped you, and I still offer to help you despite all of that. If you want, I can put you in a different pack that is more welcoming to you. But I can't have a mate. I like to have fun. I can't have too much attachment to a woman. I am the most feared alpha. I don't want to have anyone becoming my weakness," Riven offered and explained. "I do not need your sympathy. But you need a Luna." Ella tried to put some sense into him. What alpha can run a pack without his Luna? It was the only way to see what he would be missing. "Luna is nothing more than a position. Tina is doing fine. You have met her. I don't need a mate for that who will end up crippling me." he tried to explain his thinking. It broke Ella's heart into uncountable broken pieces. She felt like he was disowning her. Now she was not only the unwanted wolf but also a disowned, rejected wolf.
