Ella’s POV
“Ella? What is going on?”
I turn from where I am seated on the porch steps to watch Lily making her way over to me.
Lily’s pink furry high heeled bedroom slippers clunk against the wooden planks of the porch as she rubs her eyes sleepily.
She has a pink and white striped satin robe on with a pink eye mask pushed up onto her head where her sleek blonde hair is pulled up into a perfect long ponytail.
She looks like a barbie doll at a sleepover.
“I texted Caleb and he said that they were having a meeting with that scary Alpha guy.”
I rub my forehead to cover up my cringe.
