There was laughing, squealing, and hugging. Way too much hugging. Once I helped Malinda unload everything to the pool’s veranda, I had to make an escape. I went to hide in a far corner of the country club’s lobby, waiting for Mason, Nate, and Matteo to show. Mason’s text said they had one hole to finish, but shouldn’t be too long.
