Bethany's POV:
I wake up to the sound of talking just outside the door, I glance at the clock, 1 am.
"What are you doing here Duncan?" I hear Linzey asks,
"We have to sneak out, Dylan and Carl haven't returned."
They haven't? It's been hours.
"Where are they?"
"Past the waterfall that's for sure, I can't mind link them either so they're far away from the campus' territory."
"Do you think they'll end up at the packhouse?"
"I hope so, although they are strong they still haven't earned the title warriors just yet, I'm getting worried and I hate to alert anyone, especially my uncle and the headmaster", he sighs.
"What's the plan?"
"Evan, Tyler, and I are going to go look for them, I already mind link Asher since he is experienced and we can use all the help we can get", he replies.
