Chapter 2

Nathan’s Pov

After watching Sienna leave, I could only sigh with agitation against what had just transpired between myself and the small woman that has always been a big mystery to everyone who knew her back in High School. “I can’t believe she just left like that without waiting for me to respond.” getting up from my seat noticing how late it was getting, sighing from my frustration at myself and for worrying about where Sienna had just left off too. Heading back towards my sleek dark green Mercedes Benz sports car, getting in and starting the ignition pulling out of my parking spot heading towards home back at the pack house. “I need to let Xan know that his little sweet innocent Sienna that is now a full-grown woman has showed her appearance after six years. I just hope this would help with whatever that f*****g b***h had done to him over the last 2 years.” Making it back home from the park nearby, parking my car in the right space within the garage where tons of more cars sit, with the rest of the pack warriors cars. Getting out and locking my car, throwing my keys back into my coat pocket. Sighing, knowing that my best friend is with the w***e who isn’t his true mate. 

I knew who Alexander’s true mate is and its not Cassy, Just knowing that Sienna is so close but yet so far away. Just pisses me off knowing that he is with someone who isn’t Sie. Making my way towards my Alpha’s office before I head to bed for the night, to prepare for the meeting that will transpire in the morning with the Detective Supernatural Unit that will show up the Head Council sent that. Shaking my head to rid of my thoughts upon Sienna and the meeting that will happen in the morning. Reaching up to knock, I noticed that something was not right about this whole situation. Pushing my way through the door to Alex’s office, I took one big sniff in the air to figure out if there was some intruder or what not. Making my way in, I noticed Alex passed out on the floor breathing heavily. “s**t! Alex!” running to my best friend since childhood, I hefted him upon my back and ran at full speed towards the medic wing worrying over about my Alpha. “Doc! I need help.

I found Alpha passed out on the floor, noticing he was having a hard time breathing” placing him down on the medic bed making my way to sit down while watching all the medics and pack doctor work on my best friend. Clenching both of my hands in worry and trying to keep myself from losing my anger. “Beta Nathan, I have to keep Alpha in a induce coma. I am not sure what is going on beta.” Nodding my head I could only leave the room in rage knowing that he was in danger and our own pack doctor’s couldn’t do anything to help him. Feeling my rage boiling deep from within, my soul could only punch the wall close to me, trying to keep my own tears at bay, keeping my anger at bay.

“I have to figure something out! But what?” 

“Yo, Nate, why not find out Sienna’s phone number or where she lives, maybe she can help? They are mates,” 

“Damn, Roy! You’re a genius.”  

After having a deep conversation with my wolf, I knew I had to go get Sienna now. She would be the only one to save and help Alexander be himself again, even if he became a hard ass over the last 6 years since her disappearance. Running and making my way back to my car, I could only think about finding Sienna. After wasting 20 minutes, I found her scent in front of a small apartment complex that looked like it would fall apart any day now. Making my way up the stairs in the complex, I noticed the last door on the left was missing a number to the apartment. Raising my hand to knock on the door, making it loud enough that someone will answer the door. My patients was running thin in waiting for someone to answer the door, not knowing if Alex would make it or not. 

Sighing, hearing a soft and loud foot steps come towards the door. Hearing the door unlock, not expecting to see a small slim Brunette answer the door. “uh, Hello? Is there something you need?” blinking away from staring at this beautiful, insignificant creature. “Yes, sorry. I’m Beta Nathan Erickson of The Royal Blood Moon Pack. Is there anyway I can speak with Sienna?” watching her forest green eyes narrow into slits, not sure if she would attack or what. watching her nod her head to confirm my entry, she stepped aside to let me enter the apartment. “Please go take a seat in the kitchen I’ll be back with Sie” watching her walk away from me just for a few minutes. Hearing a commotion coming from down the hall, I could only hope that Sienna can help. Just noticing how late it was, the time was around 3am in the morning. Taking a deep breath, waiting for the beauty to come back with Sienna so we can just leave to help my Alpha.

Sienna’s Pov

Hearing voices down the hall woke me up from my slumber. Looking over towards my alarm clock, I knew whoever was here must need my help or my unit’s help. Sighing and stretching my arms above my head letting my blanket fall around me showing off my nude body. “Sie, someone from the Royal pack is here. He seems in distress” listening to ember's calm voice was in a soft tender voice along with something I could not put my hand on. “Ember get the boys up, we are heading out now get everything together” listening to Ember leaving my bedroom door, I got up and head towards my closet to put on my uniform that includes my twin pistols with many bullets mixed with everything is against all species. Getting dressed into my tight black faux leather body suit that shows off my hour-glass figure, grabbing my black knee high tight black combat boots that have hidden blades with the heel of each boot. Sighing, making sure I have everything I need to see what this Royal wolf needs from us so soon. Heading out my door making sure I locked it with using a simple spell to keep others from entering my personal domain. Entering the room looking around noticing both Liam and Austin were standing in front of someone I knew from so long ago. “Nathan? What are you doing here?” noticing that how his body had become so tense and ready to attack at a brief notice towards her team.

“Sienna, I need your help. It’s My Alpha. Someone had attacked him with no one noticing hat was going on. Please, help” Seeing how worried he looked, I knew I had to get my unit ready for work ASAP. “Liam, Ember, Austin gather everything we will need. I am heading back with Beta Nathan to go see what I can do to help The Alpha King with this situation.” Barking out my orders, watching my 3 man's team head off and gather what we will need for our mission to help the Wolf Shifter Community. “Nate, before you hound me for answers. Yes, this is my unit. I sent us here from the council to help your pack out with the situation that your people have been having problems with. We need to head back if you want me to help your Alpha?” making my way outside leaving everyone to finish their own jobs. Watching Nathan with a critical eye, I knew I would need to answer his own questions. Right now a certain Alpha King needs my help. Getting into Nathans car shutting the door waiting for him to get in and head towards the major pack house towards my destiny that should have been 6 years ago.

 Nathan’s Pov

Once we entered my car, I knew we had to rush back fast. Pressing my right foot onto the gas, I sped up my speed, ignoring the city speed limits. Making it back to the pack house with Sienna next to me. Worried that maybe she may not help Alex. Just seeing how calm she looked while getting out of my car. “Sienna, I’ll show you where my Alpha is being taking care of and then we should discuss the crucial problem at hand afterwards.” Leading Sienna towards the medical wing of our pack house, we both headed towards the medic ward in a hurry. “Nathan, can you try to explain to me while I work on your Alpha” nodding my head watching her take her trench coat off a placing it upon the chair next to Alex’s bedside. Watching with how she was being so tender with him and how worried she looked even though I noticed she was trying to hide behind her cold exterior. “Sienna, after we had talked I came back home and noticed something was off when I entered Alpha Greyson’s office. I knew I had to bring him here.” Just watching her nod along with my explanation, I noticed that her hands were glowing a pure white, and that she had closed her eyes in concentration. 

“Holy s**t! Sienna is not human, we had thought she was, is why I told Alex To stay away from her back then. Oh, how wrong I was. What the hell is she then.” With so much curiosity shining within my hazel eyes, shining with hope after finding out that Sienna was not human. I knew it would elate Alex to know his not so innocent Sienna was a supernatural just like us. Hearing a curse come from Sienna I knew something was wrong the moment she opened her eyes and they were not the sliver blue but more so dark blue almost navy. “Nate, I can help Alpha Greyson. But, I need you to help me hold him down. Who ever thought it was an excellent idea to place a hex upon him when he as a mate.” Walking over to Sienna, I knew something was bothering her. Placing my myself behind Alex, I had put him into a tight choke hold while tightening my thighs around his waist to keep him place while Sienna worked on him. Noticing the air change and seeing how pissed off Sienna looked, I knew she would find out who had done this and bring them down. Watching her work on Alex with so much care it kind of hurt to see them both hurt from this.  “Sienna, can you tell me who you are?”

 Sienna’s Pov

“Xander. No, it can’t be. Xan, my mate.” Making my way further into the room, I had to work on him. Taking off my trench coat and placing it upon the chair next to Xan’s bedside. Making myself more comfortable while sitting next to him tracing my fingers against his harden handsome features. Summoning my magic to my hands, I had to pinpoint what had caused this. Trying to ignore Nate that was on the other side of Xan’s bed, I knew he would ask me who I was and why I had left 6 years ago. Closing my eyes, I had to concentrate on my powers to seek what was causing problem within Xander’s body and mind. Delving further into his soul and mind, I had to find his wolf and start there to help break whatever this curse was a place upon him. Letting my mind become one with them both, praying to the moon goddess for guidance and help with saving her life mate.

“Kain, can you hear me?” seeing that everything around me while wondering Xander’s soul and mind. Noticing that something was causing Kain from not answering me, I had to find him in here. “Kain, I will help. Please, It’s me Sienna.” Trying to fight back the tears of knowing the pain the both of them in and feeling it myself through our mate bond that was weakening every chance I got while walking around. Letting my soul spread out to help bring out Kain from his hiding place. Hearing a slight whimper coming from the left of me, I knew it was Kain hurting. Rushing over to the big midnight black wolf I knew so well. Kneeling down next to him, placing his large soft head upon my lap, I could only let my tears fall knowing this was all my fault if I hadn’t run 6 years ago. “I’m sorry, Kain. This all my fault. I should not have left Xander 6 years ago.” Running my fingers over the top of his wolf head, scratching behind his ears, letting my tears fall against his face. Not noticing his mint green eyes staring at me with so much unfamiliar emotions coming from within the depths. The wolf lifts his head up from my lap, licking his sweet mate face making her laugh from the contact with tears still falling from her eyes. “Sie? Please tell me this is a dream?” the gigantic wolf nuzzled his head against her sweet face, making sure this was not a dream and that their mate was here. “Kain, yes. It’s me. I’m sorry for leaving and for abandoning you both” Kain Narrowed his sharp wolf eyes growling at their mate letting her know she did nothing wrong. Licking her tears away, I knew we both needed to fight this off so we can be with our true Luna Queen.

“Kain, I need you to tell me what happened, please?” wrapping my arms around his gigantic head, trying to fight back the pain and sorrow the three of us were feeling all at once. Feeling him nuzzle against my neck, I knew he had lost his powerful connection to Xander. “It was that stupid b***h Cassy, she did this to us. The both of us have been looking all over the world for you Sienna, not once did we ever give up on you? Neither I nor Xan are angry with you. We just wanted to take care of you and protect you like we should have been doing.” Smiling against his soft black fur, taking a small exhale in reminding me of their natural scent of sandalwood and the ocean. “Kain, I can remove this hex it will be painful for both of you. You need to be strong and when you know the connection between you and Xander are back, start healing right away. Can you both forgive me?” Kissing the top Kain’s snout and letting my hands glow with my white magic coursing through Kain’s body breaking away the curse of the hex and putting my permanent mark on him claiming him and Xander as my mate for life. “I must finish the process Kain” watching the powerful wolf stand up on all fours giving me the largest wolf grin I have ever seen in my life. “Mate. We will never let you leave us ever again” giggling against my hand I knew I sealed my fate the moment I had placed my mark against Kain and upon Xander.”

After leaving Kain back into Xander’s soul and mind, I knew I had to finish the process and make sure Cassy knows who Xander belongs too. “No more. I’m not abandoning my mate ever again.” Opening my eyes, I knew that they were a dark navy blue instead of my normal sliver blue eyes. Keeping my hands placed upon Xander’s chiseled muscular chest, trying to fight back a blush from climbing up upon my face. Ignoring my flustered feelings towards Xander, I knew I needed to help him fast. Turning my eyes towards Nathan, I had to get him to come help me so I can place my permanent mark upon my life mate. “Nate, I can help Alpha Greyson. But, I need you to help me hold him down. Who ever thought it was an excellent idea to place a Charming Hex upon him when he as a mate.” Hissing in anger against time, trying to keep myself from losing my control over my magic. Watching Nathan walk up and get up on the bed behind Xander, having him into a tight choke hold able to still keep him breathing, while tightening his own strong muscular thighs around his waist to keep him place seeing that his had crossed his ankles together to keep him in place. Keeping my magic on a steady flow and letting my soul become entwined within his own to become one.

Watching my mate try to fight against Nathan’s hold, I had to work fast. Creating my mate mark that will become a permanent mark upon him to show who he truly belongs too. Seeing how Nathan’s eyes widen at what I had done to help Xander with this problematic curse that I just broke against my magic. “Sienna, who are you? What are you?” sighing softy from letting my one magic dissipate from view looking towards my mark that shows the infinity circle surrounded by a lily petal and Kain howling towards the full moon within the infinity circle placed upon his chest above his heart. “Nathan, all I will say for now is I am a witch” looking towards Nathan with tired eyes, I could only let my head fall against Xander’s chest while sitting in the chair next to him, placing my arms underneath my head letting sleep overtake me to my dreams of my mate and I.
