Leon’s POV
I was hugging Aileen to console her. She was under much pressure, and I am afraid she might get depression. She doesn’t need to worry about Liam’s death or me. I know that I didn’t do anything. My mind said I should regularly visit her to reduce her stress level.
Our finest moment was disturbed by a deep and rough voice. Within a blink, I felt a strong force was throwing me away. My back hit on a huge tree which was a bit far away from us, and I collided with the ground. The pain in my back was unbearable. I thought that I died on the spot. I was holding my back; my senses were not working, and I couldn’t breathe. I was blinking and crawling on the ground without knowing what the f*ck had happened.
It was like a predator attacked me!
