I was desperate, Stella found out in the worst possible way about my mom's plan on making Paige my Luna. I was speechless at her reaction, I could see how hurt she was, I could feel her rage and her disappointment. She asked Nathan, as her commander, to relieve her from her mission here, and he agreed. He even agreed on taking her back to Royal Pack, but to my surprise she wanted to go back to Silvercrown.
Max was desperate, we could feel her feelings, and we had to endure our own pain. I denied her request to leave the Royal Pack, but she kept asking, until she faced me. I hope someday I can erase from my mind the look on her face. Her eyes were bloodshot red, her gaze screamed pain, her whole demeanor told me that I broke her.
