Romeo POV
The packhouse was a mayhem, so many people were running and hustling to get everything up and ready for tonight's ceremony. The ceremony would be held in the backyard with the full Moon as a witness.
I took a deep breath, praying to the Moon Goddess to help me with this next step. I have always had faith in our Moon mother, and I know that she will take care of everything that is next to come. My heart was in constant pain, and I also prayed for it to end soon. I rolled my eyes when I saw my mother yelling at an Omega to hurry up with the flowers.
“Good Morning, Mother…” I said in a solemn voice. My mother was never affectionate and to say that we had a close relationship would be a big fat lie, but since I agreed to this ceremony, she has been oddly happy and nice to me.
