Antonio's POV
I walked into my car and put Aria down, but I locked the door so she could not escape. Once you lock the vehicle from the outside, you cannot unlock it from the inside unless you have the key. Aria does not understand that I need to protect her. I cannot let somebody like Mark take advantage of her.
I get in the car, and Aria stares out the window. I know she is angry at me, but I do not trust Amelia and Mark. I need to get her far away from those toxic people. If Mark contacts Amelia, they will convince Aria that she is not good enough for me. Why do I want her to know she is good enough for me? Is Aria the one I have been caring for all the time and not Amelia? I need to sort my head and heart out.
